目的:探索乙酰螺旋霉素标准品的溶解方法及溶液使用期限。方法:采用供试品溶解的方法溶解标准品;采用紫外-可见分光光度法,对一定浓度的标准品溶液于5℃以下放置不同时间后,测定吸光度值;用抗生素微生物检定法对同一批供试品在5℃以下放置不同时间后的同一浓度的标准品溶液,测定其含量。结果:标准品溶解完全。5℃以下放置不同时间的标准品溶液在一定期限内吸光度值稳定,对含量测定无影响。结论:确定了溶解乙酰螺旋霉素标准品的方法,一定浓度的标准品溶液在5℃以下保存,可使用7d。
Objective: To explore the dissolution method of acetylspiramycin standard and the solution life span. Methods: The standard solution was dissolved by the method of dissolution of the test sample. The UV-visible spectrophotometry was used to measure the absorbance value of the standard solution at a certain concentration below 5 ℃ for different time.
