农民团体住院医疗保险是医疗保险的一个组成部分,是通过农民互助共济和与保险部门联合起来的形式,对因疾病带来的经济损失给予补偿的一种风险性医疗保险。农民团体住院医疗保险的开展,对提高农民抗御疾病的能力;保护农村劳动生产力;改革农村医疗保健制度起了积极的作用。近年来,各级政府和人保公司虽然进行了不懈的努力,但此项工作的开展成效不大,还存在着覆盖面小、赔付率高等问题,亟待研究和解决。 Peasant group Hospitalization medical insurance is an integral part of medical insurance and is a kind of risk medical insurance that compensates for the economic loss caused by the disease through the mutual aid of peasants and the insurance sector. The development of in-patient medical insurance for peasant groups has played a positive role in improving peasants’ ability to fight diseases, protecting rural labor productivity and reforming rural health care system. In recent years, although governments at all levels and PICC have made unremitting efforts, the success of this work has not achieved much success. There are still problems of small coverage and high payout ratios, which are urgently needed to be studied and resolved.
