10多年前,中国企业管理科学案例研究从大庆、潞安的案例研究起步,经过多方努力,现已完成以海尔集团、万向集团、香港旭日为代表的100家企业案例的研究,建成我国较早、较大、较系统的本土化企业管理案例库,内存实证案例2300多个,教学案例800多个。2003年,中国企业管理科学案例库研究被正式批准为国家软科学研究计划项目。根据创建创新型国家和学校人才培养改革的总体要求,我们在坚持以市场需求为导向,以企业为主体的前提下,考虑目前经济管理学类专业人才培养的现实情况,为真正提高经济管理学类专业学生分析问题和解决问题的能力试行模块式分层案例教学方法。本文能丰富教育教学理论,为树立科学的高教发展观,构建新型人才培养的课程体系、实践教学方案,探索本土化管理学类课程教学方法,培养出符合社会需要,并能充分就业的管理学类人才,实现经济管理学类应用型专业人才教学模式与方法创新,促进经济管理学类专业课程建设质量提高和和谐可持续发展,探索适合经济管理学类专业人才培养的新思路起到借鉴作用。
