目的:研究不同制法及不同剂量的四逆汤对离体蛙心收缩功能的影响。方法:采用离体器官实验法和改进的斯氏蛙心插管法,用不同浓度的水煎四逆汤、水煎醇沉四逆汤对离体蛙心进行心脏灌流,记录蛙心的收缩张力及收缩振幅的变化。结果:水煎生附子、水煎醇沉生附子四逆汤在低浓度时对离体蛙心有兴奋作用,高浓度则为抑制作用;而水煎制附子及水煎醇沉制附子四逆汤各剂量均呈现抑制作用;四逆汤经醇沉处理后,对离体蛙心的抑制作用减弱。结论:四逆汤对离体蛙心的作用因其醇沉处理及附子的不同炮制而异。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of different preparation methods and different doses of SND on the systolic function of isolated frog hearts. Conclusion: The effect of Sini decoction on isolated frog heart differs due to alcohol precipitation treatment and different processing of aconite.
