以玉米淀粉为原料,以三乙醇胺作为基础交联剂,并分别引入少量硼砂、硅烷偶联剂(KH-560、KH-550)和三偏磷酸钠对玉米淀粉胶粘剂进行复合交联改性。研究结果表明:通过交联度、粘接强度、耐水性和黏度等测定,优选出制备玉米淀粉胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件是反应温度为65℃、pH为10~11、反应时间为3.0 h和m(三乙醇胺)∶m(KH-560)=1∶0.33;由最佳工艺条件制得的玉米淀粉胶粘剂具有良好的综合性能,其交联度(溶胀度为1.47)相对较高、粘接强度(为1.041 2 MPa)和黏度(为30 s)相对最大,并且其室温耐水性和60℃耐水性俱佳。
Using corn starch as raw material and triethanolamine as basic crosslinking agent, a small amount of borax, silane coupling agent (KH-560, KH-550) and sodium trimetaphosphate were respectively introduced to modify corn starch adhesive. The results showed that the optimal conditions for preparing the corn starch adhesive were the reaction temperature 65 ℃, pH 10 ~ 11, reaction time 3.0 h, and the reaction time m (triethanolamine): m (KH-560) = 1: 0.33. The corn starch adhesive prepared by the best technological conditions has a good overall performance, the degree of crosslinking (swelling degree 1.47) is relatively high, The strength (1.041 2 MPa) and the viscosity (30 s) are relatively largest, and their room temperature water resistance and water resistance at 60 ℃ are excellent.
