采用傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱仪(FTIR-ATR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)以及热失重仪(TG),对4种不同型号的再生塑料的组成和热性能进行了研究,并利用红外图像系统分析了再生塑料的成分分布情况。研究结果表明,其中3种再生塑料中的主要成分为聚丙烯(PP),另一种再生塑料为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和聚丙烯(PP)的共混物。最后模拟HDPE和PP共混体系,建立再生塑料中不同含量PP的拟合曲线,较为准确地获得了再生塑料中的PP含量。
The composition and thermal properties of four different types of recycled plastics were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR-ATR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry (TG) And using infrared image system analysis of the composition of recycled plastics distribution. The results show that the main component of the three recycled plastics is polypropylene (PP) and the other recycled plastic is a blend of HDPE and PP. Finally, the blend system of HDPE and PP was simulated, and the fitting curve of different content of PP in recycled plastic was established, and the content of PP in recycled plastic was obtained more accurately.
