本文以东莞市664家私营企业为研究对象,实证考察了并证实了私营企业家的个人主动性对企业绩效的影响,以及任务导向型与关系导向型个人主动性对企业绩效影响的差别。在此基础上,本文发现在新创企业中企业家个人主动性对企业绩效的影响显著异于成熟企业,且企业不同经营情况下企业家两种个人主动性对企业绩效的影响也有所不同。
In this paper, 664 private enterprises in Dongguan City as the research object, empirical study and confirmed the individual entrepreneurship of private entrepreneurs on the performance of enterprises, as well as the task-oriented and relationship-oriented personal initiative on the difference between corporate performance. On this basis, this paper finds that the entrepreneurial initiative in startups has a significantly different effect on firm performance than that in mature firms, and the influence of two individual initiatives on entrepreneurial performance under different operating conditions is different.
