本研究基于个体人力资本的内涵,通过文献分析、内容分析、因子分析、相关分析与回归分析,开发出了具有良好信效度的本土人力资本量表并将之与其他测量研究进行了比较,结果显示:本土人力资本构念具有二阶三因子结构,分别是知识技能、思维能力与人际能力,其中知识技能与其他测量研究在内容上具有一致性,思维能力在内容上则更为全面,而人际能力则是以往测量研究所没有的,充分体现了中国情景下人力资本的特色,也是本研究的一大理论贡献。在控制了性别、职位、学历和工作年限等人口学变量后,人力资本三维度对任务绩效的影响作用由大到小依次为:思维能力、人际能力和知识技能,说明相对于知识技能而言,思维能力与人际能力是个体所拥有的更为重要的人力资本。
Based on the connotation of individual human capital, this study developed a local scale of human capital with good reliability and validity through literature analysis, content analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, and compared it with other measurement studies. The results show that the local human capital structure has the second-order and third-factor structure, which are knowledge skills, thinking ability and interpersonal skills respectively. The knowledge and skills are consistent with other measurement studies in terms of content, and the thinking ability is more comprehensive in content, However, interpersonal skills are not found in previous surveying institutes, which fully reflects the characteristics of human capital in China and is also a major theoretical contribution of this study. After controlling for demographic variables such as gender, job title, academic qualifications and working years, the impact of the three dimensions of human capital on mission performance in descending order was: thinking ability, interpersonal competence and knowledge and skills, indicating that relative to knowledge and skills , Thinking ability and interpersonal skills are the more important human capital owned by individuals.
