目的了解广州市白云区儿童传染病发病规律,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法对2005—2012年白云区0~7岁儿童法定报告传染病发病情况进行分析。结果 8年共报告儿童法定报告传染病33种71 284例,年均发病率为4 219.7/10万,其中肠道传染病占71.3%位居首位,呼吸道传染病占26.3%,两者共占儿童传染病总数的97.6%,发病前5位的传染病分别为手足口病、其它感染性腹泻、水痘、流行性腮腺炎和麻疹。儿童传染病发病总体呈上升趋势,发病高峰集中在3岁以下。结论加强疫苗接种、抓好散居儿童家长健康宣教,加强托幼机构、学校传染病防控工作是降低传染病发病率、保护儿童身体健康的关键。
Objective To understand the incidence of childhood infectious diseases in Baiyun District of Guangzhou and provide evidence for the development of prevention and control measures. Methods The incidence of statutory reporting of infectious diseases among children aged 0-7 years in Baiyun District from 2005 to 2012 was analyzed. Results A total of 71 284 cases of 33 statutory communicable diseases were reported in children over the past eight years, with an average annual incidence of 4 219.7 / 100 000, of which 71.3% were intestinal infectious diseases and 26.3% were respiratory infectious diseases, both of which accounted for 97.6% of the total number of children’s infectious diseases, the top five infectious diseases were hand-foot-mouth disease, other infectious diarrhea, chicken pox, mumps and measles. The overall incidence of infectious diseases of children is on the rise, with the peak incidence concentrated below 3 years of age. Conclusion Strengthening the vaccination, doing a good job in propagating the health of parents of scattered children, and strengthening the prevention and control of infectious disease in kindergartens and schools are the key to reducing the incidence of infectious diseases and protecting their health.
