每一个女人都希望自己能拥有迷人的曲线,而大多数女人的美丽曲线不是生来就有的,那么适当的体育锻炼对于女性来说就显得尤为重要。但是有人说健美操太辛苦,器械又太枯燥,真不知道选择什么样的锻炼方式了。其实有一种运动方式既不辛苦又不枯燥,而且还可以在优美的轻音乐中陶冶身心,这就是女子形体训练。女子形体训练是和女性形体结构、生理特点分不开的,所以,锻炼的重点部位和方法也有别于健美训练。本期我们请到了青鸟健身的专业教练——庞鸾霄小姐,为女性朋友示范和讲解女子形体训练的重点部位和动作要领。
