介绍了一种旨在改善高速高增压柴油机低工况性能的自动变进、排气及供油正时(AVIEIT)的新型增压系统.对12V150柴油机采用AVIEIT系统进行了模拟计算,结果表明,在低速大扭矩工况点的气缸充量有明显提高.对D6114柴油机的原高速工况放气系统改用AVIEIT系统进行了模拟计算,结果表明,在标定工况时有效油耗率可以降低5~6g/(kW·h),而最大扭矩工况点的性能基本不受影响,因此完全可以替代放气系统
A new type of pressurization system with automatic intake, exhaust and fuel timing (AVIEIT) to improve the performance of high speed and high turbocharged diesel engines is introduced. The simulation of the 12V150 diesel engine using the AVIEIT system shows that the cylinder charge at the low torque and high torque conditions is significantly improved. The simulation calculation of the original high speed working condition deflation system of D6114 diesel engine using AVIEIT system is carried out.
