探讨骨桥蛋白(Osteopontin,OPN)在肾细胞癌中mRNA的表达及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测OPN在肾细胞癌组织和对照邻近非癌肾组织中mRNA的表达。结果OPN在肾细胞癌组织中呈现mRNA上调表达并与癌症分期和淋巴转移相关(P<0.05)。因此,OPN上调表达与肾细胞癌进展、转移、预后等密切相关。
To investigate the expression of osteopontin (OPN) in renal cell carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the mRNA expression of OPN in renal cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent non-cancerous renal tissues. Results The expression of OPN mRNA in renal cell carcinoma was up-regulated and correlated with the stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Therefore, OPN upregulation and renal cell carcinoma progression, metastasis, prognosis are closely related.
