本文通过动物抗肿瘤实验,证明小蘖胺对小鼠 S_(180)的抑制率为75～78%;对小鼠HAC 的生命延长率为68～80%;对小鼠 EAC 的生命延长率为68～80%。病理学及超微结构观察,提示实验组肿瘤细胞有坏死现象和代谢受阻情况。小蘖胺的急性 LD_(50)为112±0.04mg/kg。
In this article, through animal anti-tumor experiments, it was proved that the inhibition rate of berbamine on mouse S_(180) was 75 to 78%; the life-enhancement rate of mouse HAC was 68 to 80%; and the life span of mouse EAC was extended. 68 to 80%. Pathological and ultrastructural observations suggested that tumor cells in the experimental group had necrosis and impaired metabolism. The acute LD_(50) of berbamine was 112±0.04 mg/kg.
