本文通过计算说明了:当锻件分模线不在同一平面时,将锻件倾斜某一角度,使其自身产生相互平衡的水平分力,以消除错移的这一方法,只有当锻件两段的单位长度上的变形力的反作用力相等时,锻件的两端点才应位于同一水平面上,否则,则单位长度上的变形力的反作用力较大的一段的端点应位于较低的位置。 本文还提出了当错移力未能完全平衡时,模具的一种调整方法。
The calculation shows that when the forging parting line is not in the same plane, the forging is tilted at a certain angle to make itself produce the balanced horizontal component to eliminate the misalignment. Only when two parts of the forging When the reaction force of the deformation force is equal, the two ends of the forging should be located on the same horizontal plane. Otherwise, the end point of the section with large reaction force per unit length should be located at the lower position. This paper also proposes a method of adjusting the mold when the misalignment is not completely balanced.
