目的:研究蜈蚣提取液对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠血浆血管假血友病因子(vWF)和血小板生成素(TPO)的影响。方法:将雄性SD大鼠采用线栓法建立大脑中动脉局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组、蜈蚣提取液高、中、低剂量组(0.7,0.35,0.175 g.kg-1)和益气活血方组(8.54 g.kg-1),造模后连续ig给药14 d,采用ELASA法测定大鼠血浆vWF和TPO含量。结果:模型组大鼠血浆vWF和TPO含量明显高于假手术组,蜈蚣提取液高剂量组大鼠血浆vWF和TPO含量较模型组明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),益气活血方组大鼠血浆TPO含量较模型组明显降低(P<0.01),益气活血方组大鼠血浆vWF较模型组降低但无显著性差异,蜈蚣提取液中、低剂量组大鼠血浆vWF和TPO含量较模型组降低,无显著性差异。结论:蜈蚣提取液能通过降低局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠血浆vWF和TPO的含量,改善脑缺血再灌注造成的损伤。
Objective: To study the effects of centipede extract on plasma vWF and TPO in focal cerebral ischemia / reperfusion rats. Methods: Male Sprague - Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, centipede extract high, medium and low dose groups (0.7, 0.1, 0.175 g.kg-1) and Yiqi Huoxue prescription group (8.54 g.kg-1). The rats were given ig administration for 14 days. The contents of vWF and TPO in plasma were determined by ELASA. Results: The contents of vWF and TPO in the model group were significantly higher than those in the sham-operated group. The content of vWF and TPO in the high-dose centipede extract group was significantly lower than that in the model group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) Compared with model group, the content of TPO in the rats in the Yiqi Huoxue recipe group was lower than that in the untreated group (P <0.01), while the vWF and TPO The content was lower than the model group, no significant difference. Conclusion: Centipede extract can improve the injury caused by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion by decreasing the content of vWF and TPO in rats after focal cerebral ischemia / reperfusion.
