目的应用彩色多普勒超声观察不同剂量有机磷化合物中毒兔肾的血流动力学改变。方法建立兔有机磷中毒动物模型,分别于染毒后1 h、3 h对4个不同剂量实验组及对照组行超声及彩色多普勒检查,二维超声观察肾的大小及回声,定量分析肾动脉血流参数并与病理结果进行对照分析。结果任一剂量组染毒后肾回声均无改变。随着剂量的增大、染毒时间的延长,肾体积、长径与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),体积的变化早于长径。血流参数舒张期最低血流速度、平均血流速度、收缩期峰值血流速度、搏动指数、阻力指数在各级肾动脉表现出不同的特点。结论有机磷类化合物中毒兔肾血流动力学改变与其病理变化相关,超声可以为诊断有机磷中毒肾损害提供依据。
Objective To observe the changes of hemodynamics in rabbit kidney with different dosages of organophosphorus compounds poisoned by color Doppler ultrasound. Methods Animal models of organophosphate poisoning in rabbits were established. Ultrasound and color Doppler echocardiography were performed in 4 different doses of experimental group and control group at 1 h and 3 h after exposure. The size and echogenicity of kidney were observed by two-dimensional ultrasonography. Quantitative analysis Renal artery blood flow parameters were compared with the pathological results. Results No change in renal echogenicity was observed in either dose group. With the increase of dose, prolongation of exposure time, there were significant differences in the kidney volume and long diameter compared with the control group (P <0.05), and the changes of the volume earlier than the long diameter. Blood flow parameters Diastolic blood flow velocity, mean blood flow velocity, peak systolic blood flow velocity, pulsatility index, resistance index in all levels of renal artery showed different characteristics. Conclusion The changes of hemodynamics in rabbits with organophosphate poisoning are related to the pathological changes. Ultrasound can provide a basis for the diagnosis of renal damage caused by organophosphate poisoning.
