骨髓转移癌(MCBM)系指恶性肿瘤向骨髓转移引起的一组贫血,又名骨髓病性贫血、幼红幼粒细胞性贫血。这些病名为分别说明其发生贫血的性质,原因以及血象改变,但后两者包括的疾病众多。MCBM只是其中之一,故作者认为MCBM的病名更能说明其本质。本文报道病例系由非造血组织的恶性肿瘤向骨髓转移引起,拟就临床表现和诊断以及约1/4病例检出巨核细胞吞噬现象等结合文献加以探讨。
Bone marrow metastasis (MCBM) refers to a group of anemia caused by bone metastasis from malignant tumors, also known as myeloid anemia, juvenile myelocytic anemia. The names of these illnesses, respectively, describe the nature of anemia, its causes, and changes in blood images, but the latter two include many diseases. MCBM is only one of them, so the author thinks MCBM’s disease name can explain its essence more. This article reports cases caused by the non-hematopoietic tissue of the malignant tumor metastasis to the bone marrow, intended to clinical manifestations and diagnosis, and about 1/4 cases detected megakaryocyte phagocytosis and other documents to be discussed.
