中国机电设备公司华北产品管理处(以下简称华北产管处)在国家物资局机电局的领导和组织下,采用技贸结合的办法,配合北京工程超重机厂引进日本先进技术,发展我国轮式汽车起重机,取到了初步效果。1980年,国家物资局机电局通过中机公司从日本进口汽车起重机底盘和上车关键液压件,由华北产管处委托北京工程起重机厂加工生产20吨液压汽车起重机。在此基础上,国家物资局机电局经中机公司与日本多田野铁工所洽谈,于1982年4月签订了35吨(TG—350M)、
The North China Product Management Division of China Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the North China Production and Management Division), under the leadership and organization of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Bureau of the State Material and Materials Bureau, adopts a combination of technology and trade and cooperates with the Beijing Engineering Overweight Machine Factory to introduce advanced Japanese technology and develop China’s wheeled machinery. Truck cranes have achieved initial results. In 1980, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Bureau of the State Material and Materials Bureau imported the key hydraulic components from the chassis of the cranes and the trains from Japan through the China National Machinery Corporation. The North China Production Management Office commissioned the Beijing Engineering Crane Factory to process and produce 20 tons of hydraulic truck cranes. On this basis, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Bureau of the State Bureau of Materials and Materials has been negotiating with the Japan Tokuno Iron Works Co., Ltd. and signed a 35-ton (TG-350M) in April 1982.
