金叶珊瑚朴是普通珊瑚朴(Celtis julianae schneid)的自然实生变异,是由中国农业大学园艺学院于2001年5月27日在宁波首次发现的。由于其叶片呈现金黄色,故暂称其为金叶珊瑚朴。 在北京的栽培结果表明,金叶珊瑚朴植株性状稳定,与普通绿叶珊瑚朴相比,金叶珊瑚朴的叶背绒毛较少,叶片较薄,但叶片大小及形状相似,植株生长势差异不大。金叶珊瑚
The natural variation of Celtis julianae schneid is found for the first time by Ningbo Horticultural College of China Agricultural University on May 27, 2001 in Ningbo.
