2013年台湾技职院校首次对福建和广东部分高职院校招收“对接二年制学士班”学生,并将逐步扩大招生规模,实现两岸高层次技职人才的对接培养。本文以大陆广州番禺职业技术学院和台湾朝阳科技大学为例,分析了在对接培养过程中两岸高等技职教育在人才培养目标、专业设置、课程开发、招生录用以及修学方式等方面存在的差异,研究了两岸高层次技职教育交流与融合的关键,提出了实现两岸高层次技职人才对接培养的融合策略。
In 2013, for the first time, technical and vocational colleges in Taiwan enrolled “two-year bachelor degree students” in some higher vocational colleges in Fujian and Guangdong and gradually expanded the enrollment scale so as to achieve the joint training of high-level technical personnel across the Taiwan Strait. Taking Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic Institute of Technology and Chaoyang University of Technology in Taiwan as an example, this paper analyzes the differences in higher vocational education between the two sides of the Strait in terms of training objectives, professional settings, curriculum development, enrollment and recruitment, Studied the key to the exchange and integration of high-level technical and vocational education between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and proposed a fusion strategy to achieve the joint training of high-level professionals and staff across the Taiwan Strait.
