长府办发[2007]4号各县(市)、区人民政府,市政府各委办局、各直属机构:为加快实现城镇居民基本医疗保障全覆盖的目标,按照《吉林省人民政府办公厅转发省劳动厅等部门关于加快推进城镇居民基本医疗保险制度建设指导意见的通知》(吉政办发[2006]44号)文件要求,经市政府同意,决定对《长春市城区居民住院医疗保险实施办法(试行)》(长府发[2006]11号)进行调整完善,现就有关事宜通知如下:
