毕节试验区红色文化十分丰富,但由于宣传研究的力度不够,资金投入不足,基础设施薄弱,保护和建设力度不够等,导致资源整合和利用水平不高,规划落实不力,文化和经济的融合度不高,亟需加大建设、宣传和保护力度,发挥红色文化的思想教育、精神渗透和经济引领作用,进一步推动毕节试验区经济社会实现后发赶超、转型升级、跨越发展。
