企业交流是企业在动态复杂环境中获取竞争优势的重要工具,动态能力在企业交流管理中起核心驱动作用。在战略层面,企业应通过交流资源的认知、创建、整合和重构,适时调整和设计符合环境变化要求的企业战略、文化与交流战略。在操作层面,企业应通过组织结构的支撑和信息技术的保障,促进内外部交流的有效执行与相互衔接,推动企业交流战略的实施与实现。企业交流的评价、分析与反馈活动联结其战略层面和操作层面,使两者形成良性的循环。
Enterprise communication is an important tool for enterprises to gain competitive advantage in a dynamic and complex environment. Dynamic capabilities play a core role in the exchange management of enterprises. At the strategic level, enterprises should adjust and design corporate strategy, culture and communication strategies in a timely manner to meet the requirements of environmental change through the exchange of resources cognition, creation, integration and reconstruction. At the operational level, enterprises should promote the effective implementation and interaction of internal and external exchanges through the support of organizational structure and information technology, and promote the implementation and realization of the enterprise communication strategy.
