在《金属进展》以前的一篇文章中,已经从工艺方法的观点阐述了一种氮基气氛渗碳系统(此处把渗碳气氛工艺方法称为CAP)。这种系统采用氮、天然气和二氧化碳气体混合物,为Air Products and Cheroical公司研制出来的。在本文中,我们报导了钢应用该系统渗碳后的组织和性能的研究工作,并与同样钢材在标准的吸热型载体气的气氛中渗碳后的组织和性能进行比较,其主要结果总结如下:
In a previous article in Metal Progress, a nitrogen-based carburizing system (referred to as the carburizing atmosphere process method here) has been described from a process approach point of view. This system has been developed for Air Products and Cheroical using a mixture of nitrogen, natural gas and carbon dioxide gas. In this paper, we report the work on the microstructure and properties of carburized steel using this system and compare it to the microstructure and properties of the same steel carburized in a standard endothermic carrier gas atmosphere.
