目的:从转录及翻译水平研究细胞间隙连接基因connexin ( Cx)43 及其蛋白在足月妊娠子宫肌中的表达.方法: 应用核酸原位杂交技术和 S P免疫组织化学法,研究51例足月妊娠子宫肌,20 例正常子宫平滑肌中, Cx43 m R N A 及其蛋白的表达规律. 结果: Cx43 m R N A 及其蛋白在足月妊娠子宫平滑肌中的表达明显高于其在正常子宫平滑肌中的表达( P< 0.05). 结论: Cx43 m R N A 及其蛋白在足月妊娠子宫肌表达增高,临产后进一步增高,提示间隙连接与分娩的发动有关.
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of connexin (Cx) 43 and its protein in uterine muscle of term pregnancy from the transcriptional and translational levels. Methods: The expression of Cx43 mRNA and its protein in 51 cases of term pregnancy uterine muscle and 20 cases of normal uterine smooth muscle were studied by in situ hybridization and SP immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of Cx43 mRNA and its protein in uterine smooth muscle of term pregnancy was significantly higher than that in normal uterine smooth muscle (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The expression of Cx43 m R N A and its protein in uterine muscle of full-term pregnancy increased, and further increased after labor, suggesting that gap junction is related to the onset of labor.
