双汇集团下属子公司生产的冷鲜肉是用吃了瘦肉精的“健美猪”生产出来的,犹如一记重拳,击中了这家全国最大的肉制品加工企业的软肋。发生这种情况有多方面的原因,最重要的还是双汇集团内部控制制度存在漏洞。本文从企业建立与实施内部控制应当遵循的五大基本原则着手,就肉制品加工企业如何加强内部控制制度建设提出建议,以防止类似的事件再次发生。
Shuanghui Group, a subsidiary of the cold meat produced by eating lean meat “bodybuilder pig” produced, like a punch, hit the country’s largest meat processing enterprises soft underbelly.
