运用慕课平台开展PBL法律教学具有一定的积极作用,并对促进法律教学实践具有现实意义。为更好发挥PBL法律教学模式在慕课平台中的最大效用,有必要对该教学模式中“弱结构”问题设计、反思性学习嵌入等要素进行充分考量。
The use of MOOC platform to carry out PBL legal teaching has a certain positive effect, and to promote legal teaching practice of practical significance. In order to give full play to the maximum effectiveness of the PBL legal teaching mode in the MOOC platform, it is necessary to fully consider the elements of “weak structure” design and reflective learning embedding in the teaching model.
