不等式的证明是高中数学中的一个重要内容,方法多、思路灵活、技巧性强.教材中介绍了比较法、分析法和综合法等常规证法.但对于许多结构新颖、风格各异的不等式,运用常规方法往往难以奏效,或者证明过程十分繁琐,有必要另辟蹊径,以发挥求异思维的探索功能.函数是贯穿于高中数学课程的一条主线,它是高考与竞赛试题的主要内容,而利用函数在处理不等式问题上往往大有用武之地.笔者根据教学中的体会,结合实例从几个方面来简要谈谈
