设计了一种新颖的金属筒式加热器,使气体激光放电管轴向温度分布均匀。实现了缓冲气体流动的溴化亚铜激光器功率增长2倍,效率达到1%,在激光输出平均功率9W水平上持续稳定运转,最大平均功率为10.6W。
A novel metal cartridge heater is designed to make the axial temperature distribution of the gas laser discharge tube uniform. The cuprous bromide laser with buffer gas flow increased by 2 times and the efficiency reached 1%. The average output power of laser beam kept steady at the average power of 9W with the maximum average power of 10.6W.
