73a、Ala是对棉花黄萎病菌有拮抗作用的棉株组织内生菌 ,对棉苗分别用生防细菌 73a、Ala及其混合菌株进行蘸根处理 ,然后移栽入人工病田 ,于 8月下旬调查棉株生理性状及发病情况 ,结果表明 ,内生菌 73a、Ala对棉花黄萎病具有良好的防治效果 ,73a对棉株生长还有一定的促进作用 ,表现为对棉花株高、果枝数、脱落有明显的改善 ;三种处理的产量均有不同程度的增加 ,其中73a表现出 18.15 %的增产效果
73a, Ala is an endophytic strain of cotton plant that has an antagonistic effect on Verticillium dahliae. The cotton seedlings were treated with biocontrol bacteria 73a and Ala and their mixed strains, respectively, and then transplanted into artificial disease field. The results showed that the endophytic fungi 73a and Ala had a good control effect on Verticillium dahliae and 73a had some promotion effect on the cotton plants, Fruit branch number, shedding significantly improved; the yield of the three treatments increased in varying degrees, of which 73a showed a yield increase of 18.15%
