对21例脑胶质瘤组织及同体正常脑组织进行了低密度脂蛋白(LDL)受体饱和分析、Scatchard作图及LDL受体的活性测定。结果显示,脑胶质细胞瘤LDL受体的亲和性和特异性与同体正常脑组织无明显差异,脑内胶质瘤组织中LDL受体活性比同体正常脑组织高4倍以上,表明脑胶质瘤组织中LDL受体活性升高与脑胶质瘤的发生、发展有关。
LDL receptor saturation analysis, Scatchard mapping and LDL receptor activity were performed in 21 glioma tissues and normal brain tissues. The results showed that the affinity and specificity of LDL receptor in glioma were not significantly different from that in normal brain tissue. The activity of LDL receptor in brain glioma tissue was more than 4 times higher than that in normal normal brain tissue, indicating that brain The increase of LDL receptor activity in glioma tissue is related to the occurrence and development of glioma.
