涂层的疏水效果不仅取决于涂料自身表面自由能的大小,还与其表面粗糙度有密切的关系。通过向涂料中添加疏水助剂降低表面能,控制喷涂工艺提高涂层表面粗糙度,制备了疏水涂层。研究了疏水剂的种类、用量以及表面粗糙度对涂层疏水性能的影响。结果表明:当疏水剂的用量为5wt%,表面略微粗糙时,接触角达到139°,具有良好的疏水效果。
The hydrophobic effect of the coating depends not only on the size of the free energy of the coating itself, but also on the surface roughness. By adding a hydrophobic additive to the paint to reduce the surface energy, spray coating process to control the surface roughness, prepared a hydrophobic coating. The influence of the type and amount of hydrophobic agent and the surface roughness on the hydrophobic properties of the coatings were investigated. The results show that when the amount of hydrophobic agent is 5wt% and the surface is slightly rough, the contact angle reaches 139 °, which has a good hydrophobic effect.
