百花岭选矿厂是金堆城钼业公司二期工程配套的选矿厂,设计规模年处理矿量495万t,日平均处理矿量15000t,年产钼精矿(含钼45％)9000t,硫精矿(含硫35％)24万t,为我国目前最大的钼选厂,在世界上也是规模较大的钼选厂之一。该厂由北京有色冶金设计研究总院设计,1973年由有色总公司第二建筑公司施工,1983年10月投料试生产,经过近一年的努力,基本形成连续生产能力。目前生产水平接近设计能力,钼精矿质量超过设计含钼45％的指标,达到含钼47％～51％的水平,可满足市场对产品质量的不同需求。
The Baihualing Concentrator is a beneficiation plant supporting the second phase of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Company. The designed annual processing capacity is 4.95 million tons and the average daily processing volume is 15,000 tons. The annual output of molybdenum concentrates (containing 45% molybdenum) is 9000 tons. The sulfur Concentrate (35% sulfur) 240,000 t, is China’s largest molybdenum plant, is also one of the larger molybdenum plant in the world. The plant was designed by Beijing Nonferrous Metallurgical Design and Research Institute. In 1973, it was constructed by the second construction company of Nonferrous Corporation. In October 1983, it was put into trial production. After nearly a year of hard work, it basically formed a continuous production capacity. At present, the production level is close to the design capability. The quality of molybdenum concentrate exceeds the designed index of 45% molybdenum and reaches the level of 47% ~ 51% of molybdenum, which can meet the different demands of the market for product quality.
