腐植酸硼(简称腐硼、BHA)是腐植酸钠和硼酸按一定比例配制而成的肥料。本文拟就其对棉花的农艺性状、品质、增产效果及施用期进行研究,为大面积推广应用提供科学依据。 一、试验方法 试验在本所湖积物发育的潮砂土上进行,肥力中等,pH值为8.19,有效硼0.35ppm,小区面积0.035亩,随机排列,重复三次。供试腐硼肥中含HA(腐植酸)14.3%、H_3BO~3(硼酸)71.4%,硼酸含纯H_3BO~3 99.5%,供试品种为赣棉78—7。棉叶中硼的测定用姜黄素比色法。试验设计有二种方案:
