介绍了测量铝硅合金变质处理效果用热分析仪的硬件、软件设计及实际应用。热分析仪的主要硬件包括热分析样杯、冷端补偿盒、信号隔离放大电路及数据采集卡 ;利用C语言编写了热分析的模块化软件。应用表明 :热分析仪抗干扰能力强 ,变质效果的判断可靠 ,能够用于指导现场生产。
The hardware and software design and practical application of the thermal analyzer for measuring the effect of Al-Si alloy modification are introduced. Thermal analysis of the main hardware, including thermal analysis of the sample cup, cold junction compensation box, signal isolation amplifier and data acquisition card; the use of C language prepared a thermal analysis of the modular software. Applications show that: thermal analyzer anti-interference ability, deterioration of the judgment of reliable, can be used to guide on-site production.
