文章在分析省技能抽考要求、市场营销协会运行现状基础上,提出了基于省专业技能抽考标准下的营销协会构建与运行思路,使学生在营销协会专业型社团的实践中熟悉技能抽考标准,希望培养能够满足湖南省市场营销专业技能抽查要求的学生,运用社团活动让学生营销真实的产品项目并获取利润,提高学习兴趣。通过分析营销协会运流程和管理运行机制,对高职专业型社团市场营销协会的部门划分、部门职能、协会运作流程、激励与管理机制等进行探讨,最后分析了协会的创新之处,以确保其研究的可行性。
Based on the analysis of provincial skills sampling requirements and the status quo of marketing association, the article puts forward the idea of constructing and running marketing associations based on provincial professional skills sampling standards, so that students are familiar with the skills sampling standards in the practice of professional associations of marketing associations. To develop students who can meet the requirements of spot-check in Hunan’s marketing professional skills, use social activities to enable students to market real-world product projects and earn profits to enhance their interest in learning.
