以不同储藏年份无籽西瓜“新秀”新、陈种子为试材,以锯末灰为引发基质,研究了锯末灰引发处理对无籽西瓜种子萌发及其种子浸出电导率、脱氢酶活性、蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明:锯末灰引发使新、陈种子发芽率、发芽指数,活力指数提高,种子浸出液电导率降低,呼吸代谢增强,种子活力提高;但新、陈种子的引发效果有差异,锯末灰引发对新种子在亚适宜温度下发芽率无显著影响。
