本文报告25例确诊的传染性单核细胞增多症。男14例,女11例,年龄15～58岁。通过对25例临床资料分析并结合国内外有关文献,讨论了诊断本病的简捷标准。提出影响本病的两项重要实验室检查结果的因素:1.影响外周血异常淋巴细胞阳性检出率的因素是检验的连续性与血涂片染色方法;2.影响血清嗜异凝集索滴度的因素是取材时机,连续性与忽略了可靠的豚鼠肾吸附试验方法。目的在于提高临床医师对本病诊断的警惕性。
This article reports 25 cases of confirmed infectious mononucleosis. 14 males and 11 females, aged 15 to 58 years. Through the analysis of 25 cases of clinical data combined with relevant literature at home and abroad, discusses the diagnosis of the disease of the simple standard. Factors that affect the results of two important laboratory tests of this disease are proposed: 1. The factors that influence the positive detection rate of abnormal lymphocytes in peripheral blood are the continuity of test and blood smear staining method; Degree of the factors is the timing of the material, continuity and neglected reliable guinea pig kidney adsorption test method. The purpose is to improve clinicians diagnosis of the disease vigilance.
