运用文献资料、专家访谈和数理统计等方法,对实行CBA亚洲外援政策的五年中的相关政策、实施的目的和对联赛的产生的积极和消极的影响进行研究,旨在探究亚洲外援政策实施过程中给我国篮球发展带了的成功和不足,为CBA联赛能够实现健康可持续发展提供可行性理论参考。
Using the methods of literature, expert interviews and mathematical statistics, this paper studies the related policy, the purpose of implementation and the positive and negative impact on the league in the implementation of CBA’s Asian foreign aid policy in five years in order to explore the implementation of Asian foreign aid policy The process to our basketball development with the success and lack of CBA League for the realization of healthy and sustainable development to provide a viable theoretical reference.
