葡萄糖含量的测定,除用旋光法外还常采用碘量法和甘油铜试剂法。一年多来,我们采用甘油铜试剂法测定葡萄糖含量,实践证明比碘量法具有如下优点:(1)甘油铜试剂比标准碘溶液稳定,可较长时间贮存(最少半年以上);(2)本法消耗的样品量少,每次不到1ml,因此滴定速度快,同时计算也很简便;(3)测定中不需要做空白试验校正,故本法较碘量法简便;(4)本法灵敏度高,适用于微量分析。下面介绍我们
