市场是市场经济的核心,它是一部精妙的机器,可以在资源配置中起基础作用。金融市场,也就是对资金(本)这种资源进行配置的市场,它的发展和完善与经济增长和发展相互促进。本文拟就与金融市场发展和完善有关的几个问题进行探讨。一、市场经济中金融市场的特征在市场经济中,社会总资金运动成为经济增长和发展的关键。通过对资本运动和资本供求的调控,可以有效地影响经济运行,而金融市场机制具有间接调控,促进宏观、微观相互衔接、相对渗透、相互影响的功能。金融市场是经济、金融上宏观调控与微观营运的结合部,是进行宏观调控的理想场所。金融市场体系在国民储蓄与投资中起中介作用,在动员全社会资源及其配置中是关键的核心环节,在现代经济中,资源的配置通常以资金(本)的配置为先导。只有资金(本)的具体化,资源的配置才能得以实现,而且,资源的配置效率也通常以资金(本)配置的合理比例为前提。
