目的探讨甲状腺微小癌的超声特点及误诊原因,降低超声误诊率。方法回顾性分析27例经手术病理证实为甲状腺微小癌的超声图像特点及临床表现。结果 27例甲状腺微小癌中术前超声诊断甲状腺微小癌24例,误诊为甲状腺腺瘤1例,结节性甲状腺肿1例,桥本氏甲状腺炎1例。结论应用二维超声与彩色血流相结合,有助于提高甲状腺微小癌的诊断率,减少误诊的发生。
Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features and misdiagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma and to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis of ultrasound. Methods The clinical features and clinical manifestations of 27 cases of thyroid microcarcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Twenty-seven cases of thyroid microcarcinoma were diagnosed as thyroid microcarcinoma by preoperative ultrasonography, 1 case was misdiagnosed as thyroid adenoma, 1 case was nodular goiter and 1 case was Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Conclusion The combination of two-dimensional ultrasound and color flow can help improve the diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma and reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis.
