目的建立微波消解-冷汞发生器-原子吸收光谱法测定中药材中痕量汞的方法。方法用微波消解法对几种常用中药材样品进行前处理,用冷汞发生器-原子吸收光谱法测定其中的痕量汞。结果微波消解过程中,消解试剂选择硝酸+氢氟酸(8∶1)消化效果最佳,汞在浓度为0μg/L~50μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999,方法检出限为0.025μg/L,测定汞30μg/L标准溶液相对标准偏差为1.78%,测定国家一级标准物质人发(GBW09101)相对标准偏差为3.35%,且测定结果与标准含量一致。结论该方法测定中药材中痕量汞安全环保,简单快速,准确灵敏,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective To establish a microwave digestion - cold mercury generator - atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of trace mercury in Chinese herbal medicines. Methods Several samples of Chinese herbal medicines were pretreated by microwave digestion and the trace mercury was determined by cold mercury generator atomic absorption spectrometry. Results In the process of microwave digestion, digestion reagent had the best digestion effect of nitric acid + hydrofluoric acid (8:1), the linearity was good in the range of 0μg / L ~ 50μg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9999, The relative standard deviation of determination of 30μg / L standard solution of mercury was 1.78%. The relative standard deviation of determination of national standard reference material GBW09101 was 3.35%, and the determination result was consistent with the standard content. Conclusion The method for the determination of trace mercury in Chinese herbal medicines is safe and environmental friendly, simple and rapid, accurate and sensitive, and has good application prospects.
