本文观察环氧乙烷(ETO)亚慢性吸入染毒小鼠(54mg/m3,36Omg/m3,2h/day,6d/Wk,/14week)骨髓细胞染色体结构畸变率显著高于正常对照组(4.2%P<0.01),54mg/m3染毒组未见显著性差异。此外,发现两组染毒小鼠骨髓细胞分裂相明显少于正常对照组,360mg/m3浓度组细胞分裂抑制效应大于54mg/m3浓度组,细胞分裂受抑制的机理尚待探讨。
In this study, the chromosome aberrations of bone marrow cells in sub-chronic exposure to ETO (54mg / m3, 36Omg / m3, 2h / day, 6d / Wk, and 14week) were significantly higher than those in the normal control group .2% P <0.01), no significant difference was observed in 54mg / m3 exposure group. In addition, it was found that the division of bone marrow cells in the two groups was significantly less than that in the normal control group.
