1 病历报告rn患者,女,26岁,于21308年8月6日人院.腰硬联合阻滞麻醉下行子官下段削官产术,术后2h突然头痛、恶心、呕吐伴发热,呕吐呈非喷射性,不伴有抽搐及昏迷.
