本文剖析了五年制高职学生行为规范养成对学生成人、成才的重要性、现实紧迫性,从高职院校、社会、家长等角度,提出了应发挥行为规范养成的整体效应。最后从加强思想引导、完善管理制度、规范学生行为、强化重点问题治理等方面,论述了提高行为规范养成实效性的措施,为五年制高职教育教学提供参考与借鉴。
This paper analyzes the importance of developing a code of conduct for five-year vocational students to become adults and students, and urges the reality. From the viewpoints of higher vocational colleges, society and parents, it puts forward the overall effect of developing a code of conduct. Finally, it discusses the measures to improve the effectiveness of the code of conduct in terms of strengthening ideological guidance, perfecting the management system, standardizing student behaviors and strengthening the governance of key issues so as to provide references for the five-year higher vocational education and teaching.
