在日趋激烈的竞争背景下,各航空公司着手对其国际战略和运营策略进行了理性调整。为了取得竞争优势,有共同利益的航空公司之间组成了航线联盟。航空公司的联盟是竞争催生出的伙伴关系,这样的关系有助于形成一个全球性的产业。由于航空公司联盟本身的国际性,跨国使用飞机和设施、互相维护他国飞机的情况日渐增多,来自不同文化背景下的工作团队之间的互动和冲突也就不可避免。
In an increasingly competitive environment, airlines set out to rationally adjust their international strategies and operational strategies. In order to gain a competitive advantage, airlines with common interests form a route alliance. Airline alliances are competing spawned partnerships that help shape a global industry. Due to the international nature of airline alliances, the cross-border use of airplanes and facilities, and the increasing maintenance of airplanes in other countries, the inevitable interaction and conflicts among work teams from different cultural backgrounds.
