目的了解山东省肺结核病人住院费用,探讨其影响因素,为有效减轻结核病人经济负担提供参考。方法采用分层整群随机抽样,共调查山东省六县区肺结核住院病人182人。对其住院费用进行描述性分析,利用通径分析方法探讨其影响因素。结果2007年山东省肺结核病人一次住院费用人均5878.46元,中位数为4000元。通径分析结果表明住院日、经济状况、费别、文化程度对住院费用有直接影响,年龄、入院原因通过影响住院日而对住院费用有间接影响,医院类型对住院费用既有直接影响,又有间接影响。结论增加肺结核病人的经济补偿,巩固县级结防机构在结核病防治体系中的核心地位,规范其他结防机构和医疗机构的结核病住院费用标准,利于减轻结核病人经济负担。
Objective To understand the hospitalization costs of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Shandong Province and to explore the influencing factors so as to provide a reference for effectively reducing the financial burden of tuberculosis patients. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling was used to survey 182 inpatients with tuberculosis in Liu County, Shandong Province. Descriptive analysis of their hospitalization costs, the use of path analysis to explore its influencing factors. Results In 2007, the average hospitalization cost of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Shandong Province was 5,878.46 yuan, with a median of 4,000 yuan. The results of path analysis showed that hospitalization days, economic status, farewell costs and educational level had a direct impact on hospitalization expenses. Age and admission reason had an indirect impact on hospitalization expenses through influence of hospitalization days. Hospital type had direct impact on hospitalization expenses, There is an indirect effect. Conclusions Increasing the economic compensation for tuberculosis patients, consolidating the core status of county TB control agencies in the tuberculosis prevention and control system, and standardizing the tuberculosis hospitalization costs of other TB control institutions and medical institutions will help to reduce the economic burden of tuberculosis patients.
