该文提出了超波声点焊机轻型弯曲振动系统的CAD(计算机辅助设计)方法。可使磁致伸缩换能器的设计精度由原作图法的1.3%提高到0.4%以上。在藕合杆设计中可充分考虑藕合杆在弯曲振动时转动惯量及其剪切变形的影响,因而可显著提高设计精度,并大大加快了设计进度。
This paper presents a CAD (Computer Aided Design) method for light bending vibration system of ultrasonic wave spot welding machine. Magnetostrictive transducer design accuracy can be increased from the original plan of 1.3% to 0.4%. In the design of the coupling rod, the moment of inertia of the coupling rod during flexural vibration and its shear deformation can be fully considered, which can significantly improve the design accuracy and greatly accelerate the design progress.
