圆面积公式,按照课本的安排,一般先把圆剪拼成近似的长方形,通过长方形求积公式的转换和整理而得到。得出公式后,就让学生在运用公式求积的练习过程中巩固、熟记。这样,虽然也能达到掌握公式,并运用公式求圆面积的教学目的。但由于整个教学过程,侧重于公式的推导,忽视了对公式意义的理解。因此,这种熟记还停留在机械识记阶段,不可能长久保持。为了使圆面积公式在学生头脑中扎根,教学时,是否可以从理解公式的意义入手,作如下改进。
